Hi, You asked a good question. Well, calcium silicate brakes are generally made up of the sand with line and particularly it is known as a sand-lime brick. basically, in Australian European and African countries, the sand lime bricks are used but in India, it is widely used in a state of Kerala and surrounding areas. to know the manufacturing process of lime silicate place please visit a local construction warehouse where you see all and machinery and processes including the manufacturing and get an idea about a manufacturing plant and overall cost of manufacturing. the best way of manufacturing brake uses a locally available material that reduces the cost and increased economy of business.search for locally available materials which are suitable for brick manufacturing and try to research on it. This gives you the best result and huge profits.

Hi, The concrete floors in types of building such as the warehouses are generally covered with creating layers. This is a layered material usually made up of the sand and the cement mix. laser screed machines are developed due to increased demand for strength smoothness and thus it is used for constructing a large shopping malls warehouses. Laser systems are equipped with various automated control components which can include a monitor with labelling head elevation which works as a ten times per second in a real-time measure to assured about his surface smoothness and level Ness Similarly, y, the vibration frequency of a strong vibrator reaches up to 4000 times /min. Principle the transmitter laser generates a rotating laser and the that laser receives a laser screed machine receives the signal which is analysed by in measurement and control systems. The hydraulic drive vibrator motor can produce a vibration which drives the whole vibration plate together and used to vibrate a concrete pour over it and it is 4000 times per minute.

Hi,
Initial Setting Time is regarded as the time elapsed between the moment that the water is added to the cement to the time that the paste starts losing its plasticity.
In actual construction dealing with cement paste, mortar, or concrete, a particular time is required to mix, transport, place, compact, and finish. During this time, cement paste, mortar, or concrete should be in plastic condition. The time interval for which the cement products remain in the plastic condition is known as Initial Setting Time.
The final setting time should not be more than 10 hours.
Usually, a minimum of 30 minutes is given for mixing and handling operations.
Final Setting Time elapsed between the moment water is added to the cement and the time when the paste has wholly lost its plasticity and has attained sufficient firmness to resist absolute definite pressure.
The constituents and fineness of cement are maintained to remain in plastic condition for a particular minimum time. Once the concrete is placed in the final position, compacted and finished, it should lose its plasticity in the earliest possible time to be least vulnerable to damages from external destructive agencies.
Hope you get the concept.
