VVIP Training – Personal Development for Civil Engineers

Hello & Welcome,

Can You Answer these?

  1. Are you waiting for the right time or circumstances for doing things you want to do or achieving something in your life?
  2. Have you become habitual on procrastinating things, and then ultimately, you do not do it even when you know that they are important for you?
  3. Do you have any goal in career or life, or are you just going with the flow?
  4. Do you look at other people’s success or wealth and then think, if I had that in my life would have been…?
  5. Do you have any shopping list or vacation list which you think you can not do because of your current earnings, and you are even not sure about it in the future?
  6. Are you not getting promotions in your job?
  7. Are you not able to take your business to higher levels?
  8. Are you not able to crack the exams?
  9. Are you not good in your studies?
  10. Are you jobless? Are you searching for jobs? Hit by COVID 19 in your career?

There can be many more situations which show that we are not getting success in life. But, if you concentrate on every problem mentioned in the questions above, you can see that there are many situations, issues, and circumstances, but one thing is common in them, and that is YOU.

The Solution

We always think of external factors such as time, money, people, and circumstances and blame them for our failures in life. Even if we do not have any circumstances for our failures, we create them.

We never see inside us for our shortcomings which are making us fail at each and everything that we want to achieve. And, the most important factor responsible for that is our PARADIGMS.

Paradigms are our mental programs, which control almost all our actions, behaviors, habits, and perceptions. We succeed or fail only because of our paradigms.

You must agree that we are the only living being, which creates our own environment. All other creatures live in harmony with the environment and nature, while we do not. When we feel uncomfortable, we make our own environment.

There is no doubt that you can achieve anything that you can dream of. If you notice, you can see that all the manmade things around us have been created because we have the capabilities to imagine and if we can imagine, we can make it a reality.

Imagination is the most marvelous, miraculous, inconceivably powerful force the world has ever known.

Napoleon Hill

Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.”

Albert Einstein

How can you imagine?

But the question here is how can you imagine what you want? How can you know what your goal is? Or even if you have any goal, how can you achieve them? What are the steps to achieve the goals?

You may have many questions in your minds, and if you have, then you are certainly not dead. If you have no questions like these in your mind, then I assume you are already successful or you are dead, because, if you are not growing, you are disintegrating.

What to do next?

At TheConstructor, I have made my goal to make every civil engineer successful. We have been here for the last 11 years and now we have grown to such an extent that we can reach millions of you. So, now it is our responsibility to be a partner in your success.

You may do the same things the successful people do, but you may not achieve the same results because you do not know exactly how successful people work.

Successful people do not do certain things; they do things in certain ways. And I will tell you what are those certain ways which you can follow to achieve whatever goal you have.
