    Drained Shear Strength: The soil is free to dilate or contract during shear if the soil sample is totally drained. Undrained Shear Strength: Whenever water is not allowed to flow in or flow out of the soil then the stress path is called as undrained stress path. Undrained Shear Strength is not a fundamental soil parameter as compare to drained strength. Undrained shear strength is more easier and cheaper.

    Sir, With reference to the IS10262-2019 code, for 10mm aggregate sizes, the water content is 208Kg/ meter cube. Refer the attached table.

    Sir, If we are dealing with moist sand and we used it in our concrete mix then we just have to find out their free moisture content and fix it in mix proportion accordingly.

    Sir, Nearly 15-30% ordinary portland cement is replaced by Fly ash in portland pozzolana cement(PPC). Some times, it's percent may increase. The fly ash is used to lower the cost and it also inhance the performance of portland pozzolana cement.

    Sir, The geopolymer concrete is the concrete which is created by the reaction of aluminate and silicate bearing materials with a caustic activator. It is more useful to keep environment more clean. It is an innovative type of concrete which have numerous advantages.

    This liner is also known as the HDPE goe-membrane. It contains 98% high density polyethylene.

    It is durable and long lasting and are used to line cooling ponds due to their low permeability and resistance to UV light.
