The process of becoming a certified registered valuer is as follows
There are 5 phases of becoming a valuer India :
- Step 1: qualification and experience
- Step2: enrollment with a suitable RVO (REGISTERED VALUER ORGANIZATION)there are 13 RVO in India you can choose any one.
- Step 3: Educational course: After registering at RVO, its expected to complete their course.
- Step 4: syllabus and valuation examination, after completion of course, there is exam by ibbi.
- Step 5 : Registered as valuator

In India the reasons for lack of safety in construction practices are due to following reasons as mentioned below:
- Lack of proper technique and training in the laborers or workman:They are doing the same mistakes again and again just because they don’t know the right technique. There is need to educate them.
- Ongoing poor attitude towards the safety parameters
- Lack of safety equipment: lots of labors don’t have proper kits for construction operations.
- Less safety inspections
- Unsafe sequencing of construction due to lack of guidance
- Lack of safety regulations bodies at ground level

All things are planned accordingly to the need of user. There are various things which are taken into consideration before planning any structures are listed below as follows:
- Selection of suitable land for construction.
- Understanding the plot area and budget which owner can afford to make his home
- Understanding demands of owner may include his preferences, choices and his vision for his dream home. Then it is advised to visited a certified architect
- Then after making suitable plan from architect it’s advised to visit a structural engineer for execution of plan.
- A final submission plan form architect needs to be approved by the local authority like municipal corporations and municipal councils.
- It’s time to get an experienced contractor for ground level construction.

To find out vertical stress at any point below or outside the loaded area, Plan of the loaded area is drawn such that depth Z at which stress is being computed equals the length AB as shown on
N = No. of blocks. Bina Nusantara.
Further, the plan is placed over influence chart such that the point below which stress is required coincides with the center of chart Then count the number of influence area (N) covered by the plan
