    The most average time to build a multi family house which varies the number of units in a building. In 2014 building the twenty or more units took near about 15 months to complete from the time of obtaining permits. And properties with 10 to 19 units physically finished in 13.6 months whereas 5 to 9Read more

    The most average time to build a multi family house which varies the number of units in a building.

    In 2014 building the twenty or more units took near about 15 months to complete from the time of obtaining permits. And properties with 10 to 19 units physically finished in 13.6 months whereas 5 to 9 unit building came in at  11.5 months.

    The average time from permits to start does not follow the same pattern with respect to property size. Properties with 10 to 19 units had the longest average waiting period.

    Basically, building codes typically require that the structure is wall roof floor, the roof is fire-resistant.

    The standards set forth by the International Building Code (IBC). fire resistant Wallis designed for a definite time period.

    According to ‘Commercial drafting and detailing book’, a one of our fire rated wall consists  2 x 4 studs spaced 16 inches from the centre of one stud to the centre of the next.

    Then place a sufficiently large sheet of polythene in the space around the concrete object for covering the mold.

    Then take a standard bucket of 25-liter capacity and then slightly pour water within the polythene most do formed. Keep a count of the buckets of water poured till it overflows at the top of the brick wall.

    Measure the inside dimension and depth of the rectangular moat.

    Back Sight: Backsight is simply a first reading which is taken after setting up the instrument.  Why the backsight is also called plus sight: Only because the reading is taken of known elevation to continue taking foresight reading.  Thank You.

    Compaction test of soil is carried out using Proctor’s test for understanding the compaction characteristics of different soils with change in moisture content. The ability for compacting a soil depends on the water content of the soil. Thus, water acts as a lubricant between the soil grains however as its content increases the water may occupy the entire pores. Since it is relatively incompressible in comparison to the air it may restrict compaction. Proctor compaction test is used to determine the optimum moisture content during compaction which gives the greatest soil density.
