It is according to the rules of FASB and IASB.

Hi, Shear force is combined with flexural compression which as resultant C, leading to form an inclined thrust line which is arch. For the present approach to a simple strut and tie model, it may be technically expected that the shear force αV is supported by the longitudinal resultant Na, and the whose acting point is temporarily denoted by Za. That is,
NαVcotθNa=αVcotθ
Shear force is a product of shear stress and area.
Refer above the figure for understanding.

Hi, In simple words coefficient of subgrade reaction is the function of stiffness and compressibility of soil.
It is also known as Modulus of subgrade reaction. It is pressure sustain by a sample of soil under a rigid plate of std diameter/unit settlement measured at a specified pressure.
According to IRC, Value of K should be measured at the 1.25 mm settlement.
Its value is in the range of 0.05 to 0.15.

Hi Justin R.
I am researcher in field of Nanotechnology, so I am a eligible person for answering your question.
The photocatalytic activity is tested in air purification after NOx removal. Also the self cleaning properties are tested during dye removal.
TiO2 effects the hydrated Cement: It is a stable , during hydrated process.
TiO2 makes C-S-H bond more compact , which increase the compressive strength.

The hydrogel of type sodium acrylate co-acrylamide is basically used for curing.
This is a superior curing method gives has following advantages:
